Town Planner

The most successful residential land promoter in the UK, with a focus on the early delivery of housing sites, is currently seeking Planners to join their existing and highly experienced planning team.

The role will include supporting Planning Managers and Directors and being involved in all aspects of the planning process. The successful candidate will be involved in projects from inception to completion with the opportunity to attend planning inquiries and hearings.

The successful candidate(s) will be RTPI accredited, post qualification experience isn't essential but would be beneficial. You must be able to work in a team environment, and adapt and communicate your findings to different audiences. Support and training is provided to allow candidates the opportunity to progress their careers.

This role is a permanent position, based in Congleton, Cheshire (1 hour south of Manchester) and is ideally suited to persons looking to develop their careers in an established land company.
