Customer Relationship Manager Assistant

They currently have 6 BMW and MINI retailers as well as operating 8 franchise dealerships representing brands including Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Honda, Honda Motorcycles and Motorrad, and 5 state of the art Bodyshops.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Relationship Manager Assistant.

You will support the Customer Relationship Manager to ensure complete and accurate data management as well as providing valuable support to the sales and aftersales departments.

Your duties will include assisting the Team in the following areas:

• Marketing Support: Email & text campaigns, weekly advertisements, Newsletters, New business opportunities for Sales incl. Corporate & Aftersales.
• Contacting current and previous customers regarding Sales/ Service follow ups
• Reception Support
• Organising events/shows & new model launches
• Produce in-house promotional material
• Updating the website and maintaining social media

The ideal Customer Relationship Manager Assistant will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Experience in the motor industry
• Exceptional levels of organisation
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
• Hold a full UK driving licence
