Operations Analyst
Salary: £18,000 TO £22,000 Plus Benefits
Location: Bournemouth

Operations Analyst Role: The successful Operations Analyst candidate will sit within the Operations team within the business. Surrounded by the wider Operations department, this varied and challenging role gives the candidate an opportunity to think outside the box, whilst using their initiative and investigation skills to come to the correct conclusions. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for ensuring all allocated tasks that require manual action are investigated and completed in a timely manner.
Operations Analyst main duties and responsibilities:
- Investigate and fact find around customer accounts and records, in order to solve errors and resolve queries
- Account management and communications with the customer, other suppliers and 3rd parties
- Work to meet KPI targets as agreed with the Operations Team Leader and Operations Manager
- Analysis of accounts in a timely manner to isolate faults with an understanding to resolve the issue, and flag any errors to the Business Solutions Team.
- A small amount of telephony, mainly with internal customers and suppliers.
- Responding to a small amount of email enquiries / issues
The ideal Operations Analyst will need:
- To be self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own workload
- To be inquisitive and analytical, not taking the first answer you get
- A strong attention to detail
- Experience in written and verbal communication
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work autonomously as well playing an integral part of a growing team
- Were able to adapt easily to change
- Had experience of Microsoft Office - such as Word and Excel
