Installer - Steel Doors, Team Leader

Excellent opportunity to join a leading UK manufacturer of bespoke steel doors and security products.

They are seeking to employ an Installation team leader to be part of a 2 person installation team, to install a range of products mainly consisting of communal steel doors.

- This is a customer facing role and requires a flexible work ethic, with flexible working hours
- You will be working away on customer sites which may incur overnight stays
- The role will involve admin, supervision of one other installer, client interfacing, surveying, snagging, producing reports and any other duties as required by the company
- You will assist Installation Manager in delivering all projects on time and in budget
- The role will involve manual lifting and driving
- Be able to monitor and maintain site health and safety

The ideal candidate must be:

- Able to work under pressure and within customer deadlines
- Able to work under their own initiative and as part of a team
- Required to hold CSCS card as a minimum
- Able to use hand and power tools with good attention to detail
- Experience in installing and surveying steel doors
- Able to problem solve and snag to a high standard
- Have an amenable and easy going personality
- Required to hold a full UK drivers licence

The company will supply product training and additional industry specific training if required.
