Due to the organic business growth recently, our client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant. This is role is to be focused recruitment in Finance or Technology sector. Our client is seeking ambitious permanent or contract / temporary recruiters from consultant to team leader, with a background and track record of success for recruiting in the business.
Job Description:
As a recruitment consultant, you will be recruiting locally, regionally and nationally, across most industry sectors.
We are looking for passionate self-starters who are natural business developers, with solid networks in your field, and an eye for talent.
Requirements:
As a recruitment consultant, you will be recruiting locally, regionally and nationally, across Finance, Accouting & IT sectors.
A real passion & zest for helping people find their perfect placements
You should have strong ability to select the candidates profile according to client job spec online.
Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy;
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client;
Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client;
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
We are looking for passionate self-starters who are natural business developers, with solid networks in your field, and an eye for talent.
A passion for sales and a desire to achieve
Proven ability to work to deadlines and to targets
Excellent business development and relationship building skills
Excellent communication and time management skills
Generous commission scheme.
Current salary with on target earnings.
