The Role:

We are currently recruiting for a talented individual to work within the cash office at our Majestic Bingo Club in Worcester. You will need to be friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and standards. This is a permanent part time position, working around 25 hours per week and the rate of pay is between £7.50 and £8.00 per hour depending on experience.

Hours of operation are from 10am to 10pm 7 days per week and work patterns may vary but will usually be for 5 evenings out of 7 each week.

Duties include:

• Providing a full end to end cashiering service
• Issuing Floats
• Checking monies
• Balancing floats/income
• Undertaking Safe Checks
• Checking vouchers/reconciling paperwork
• Reconciling sales against cash received
• Completing internal paperwork and returns for Head Office
• Providing summary information to the Club Management Team
• Any other duties to support the smooth running of the Club which may also include at peak periods working directly with customers face to face

Do you have?

• Cash Handling experience
• A keen eye for figures
• A methodical approach
• Ability to complete summary sheets/analysis sheets
• Experience of using spreadsheets and databases to assist with reconciliation
• A bright, outgoing and friendly personality
