My client is a SME going through a rapid growth rate, on the lookout for a general manager to join their UK management team to help facilitate their growth and oversee business operations.

* You will be used to firefighting, managing several departmental managers and overseeing day to day UK head office operations

Most Important Performance Objectives

* You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and enhancing the strategic cultural vision
* You will take ownership of all day to day operations and ensure everything is running efficiently with all cogs turning smoothly
* The role will entail auditing current procedures across a wide range of business operations, refining and designing new processes to improve business KPIs.
* You will oversee our excellent implementations team who are responsible to get live on their network
* You will also manage Business Administration, HR and day to day finance functions
* The key to being successful in this position is the ability to juggle a variety of tasks and responsibilities, an obsessive attention to detail and best practice, having business acumen and a commercial 'know how', and ensuring all aspects of business operations are running super smoothly to deliver awesome results!

Qualifications

* At least 3 to 5 years of experience managing another SME fast growth business
* Proven track record in managing implementation backlogs in a B2B environment
* An understanding of business financial reporting
* A passion for culture development and growing a happy workforce
* Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills are a must.
* Ability to work in cross-functional teams, meet deadlines and exceed expectations
* Very strong proficiency using Google Apps: Docs, Calendar, Sheets, Presentations
* Undergraduate degree preferred
