Area Supervisor / Area Coordinator, Contract Cleaning Company operating in Coventry and Warwickshire, circa £23,000 Salary.

The Company:

We are a long established contract cleaning company based in Coventry that provide a vast range of cleaning services. We are looking for a full time Area Supervisor based in Coventry and the Warwickshire area.

A company vehicle and mobile phone will be provided to enable you to carry out your duties.

Area Supervisor / Area Coordinator Main Duties:

• Organise and coordinate staff over multiple areas.
• Cover for staff due to illness or holidays if necessary.
• Creating and tracking rotas.
• Following and maintaining Health and Safety and COSHH processes.
• Processing wages from time to time.
• General administration such as filing, advertising for vacancies, etc.

Area Supervisor / Area Coordinator Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and via email.
• Knowledge of rotas, Health and Safety and COSHH.
• Flexibility to work various hours and shifts including early mornings and late hours.
• Minimum of 1 year of Supervisor experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Administration experience.
• A full UK Driving Licence, preferably clean.
