Commission Only Sales Representative
For the Successful Field Sales Consultant the remit is to identify, approach and potentially close new business to achieve profitable volumes within a geographical region.
the Successful Field Sales Consultant will be tasked with the following:
- B2B field based role
- Develop sector based opportunities via trade shows and other innovative ideas within the allocated geographical area
- Generate a minimum number of new business opportunities through own lead generation
- Responsible for contribution towards target within region through key distribution partners
- Responsible for incremental volume and revenue growth through direct customers within region
- Exceeding individual regional targets, KPI's and objectives
- Present clear and compelling propositions to customers through professional, well structured business meetings
This role will be 100% commission based
The successful Field Sales Consultant
- Minimum 3 years experience in B2B direct sales environment (preferably in the Energy sector but no essential)
- Have a proven track record in generating new business opportunities
- Proven ability to negotiate
- Strong IT and self organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to complete full sales cycle
An entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for success are essential attributes for the ideal candidate. Full training manuals will be provided and full telephone support is given via our North East Based Contact Centre. This job role can also be tailored around non standard office hours.
