Registered Nurse / RN / RMN - Bank Contract

This Southwest based specialist care provider is looking for a dedicated and caring nurse to join their growing team. You will be qualified, ideally have experience in a similar setting although this is not essential and be sympathetic to the needs of those with dementia.

You will:

Take responsibility for the well-being of their residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met

Lead, motivate and mentor your key workers and delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home

Carry out assessments and develop implement and evaluate individualised care plans for each of their residents

Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation

Generally promote their residents' independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement
