Manufacturing Line Manager - Bristol - up to GBP36k plus bens
C&D are in search of a Manufacturer Line Manager for a leading manufacturing organisation within their field.
As the Manufacturing Line Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Production Director, interfacing with other functions such as product development, stores, manufacturing engineering and quality department. You will be responsible for leading a number of manufacturing teams within the main assembly line.
Your responsibilities will be coaching and developing the Team Leaders to maximize their teams and overall performance. Whilst doing so, you will be responsible for the quality produced within managed areas. Health and safety should be adhered to at all times and processes must always be followed. You will be working with budgets for the year, reviewing these monthly and taking appropriate action.
Being the Manufacturing Line Manager, you will need to set goals for the teams and act as a communication point for the Team Leaders. You will be involved in daily/weekly/monthly meetings.
To secure the role as a Manufacturing Line Manager, you must have worked in a similar assembly process teams. You must demonstrate strong communication and presentational skills, be quality driven and lead by example. You must be capable of developing a team culture and motivating them.
