Fast - Paced Production Operative (Printing)
Bristol
Our client is currently looking for an experienced candidate to join their small production team as a Production Operative at their fast-paced printing facility in Bristol!
Role responsibilities:
You will be involved in all production activities over several different departments. You will be working in a safe manner to high quality standards, achieving required productivity targets within the framework of set operating procedures.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
* Previous experience of working in a fast paced production environment is essential
* Previous experience of operating Printing Machinery is desirable
* High standard of verbal communication, literacy and numeracy
* Strong team player
* "Can-Do" attitude
* Logical approach to problem-solving
* The self-confidence and ability to recognise issues and escalate accordingly
* Ability to work efficiently whilst maintaining accuracy
* Ability to maintain extended periods of concentration
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week), working a fixed shift pattern of 1pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday.
Starting Salary: GBP19,500
Benefits: Generous Company Pension Scheme, optional private healthcare, fully air-conditioned environment, staff canteen including free refreshments, uniform and safety-wear provided. Our Client also operates a performance-based salary grading structure and overtime will be available at a rate of 1.5 x hourly salary.
