Sales Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, Office Administrator, Finance Administrator, Customer Service, Business Support

​Business all-rounder with an eye for detail needed for our client, a leading international English teacher training agency. They also have an online jobs portal for qualified English teachers and a teacher training platform. This role is for an energetic, ​versatile graduate with a desire to grow professionally. You will have an international outlook and an interest or some experience in business, finance or a similar field to be based in their new head office in Cambridge.

This role involves elements of Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service, Finance, Relationship Management and Quality Control.

Role:

  • Assisting the sales and customer service team by managing incoming emails and calls, answering enquiries and handling applications as a way to stay in touch with the final client
  • Helping develop and implement digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Being in charge of invoicing and internal sales recording, and liaising with the accountants and tax advisors
  • Assisting with keeping the business websites up to date in regards to content and functionality.
  • Quality checking the websites and work done by the web developers on a regular basis to make sure it is working well, and improvements are applied when needed
  • Relationship management by working closely with the directors and occasionally liaising with external key stakeholders on behalf of the company
  • General administration


Job requirements / Experience:

Essential:

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Past customer service and/or sales experience
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package with strong emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to solve problems under pressure and dealing with a high volume of work during busy times
  • Keen interest in online trends, technology, and social media


Desirable:

  • Have travelled and/or lived abroad
  • Experience in invoicing and internal sales recording and analysis
  • Some work experience within the international education field
  • Familiar with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as SAGE, XERO or willingness to receive training in this
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of html
  • Basic knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress and Joomla
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of SEO
  • Any other qualifications that you may consider relevant to the job
