Job Title: Contracts Manager - Automatic and Industrial Door Industry
Salary: Attractive salary dependant on experience + Incentive scheme
Location: Flexible as home based but ideally located in or around Birmingham, Bristol or Cardiff
Duration: Permanent Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

Contracts Manager Role:
The purpose of the Contracts Manager is to manage the installation and remedial contracts for New Door Division, maximizing profit and maintaining the customer relationship and ensuring successful handover of the products to the end user.
The ideal candidate will have experience of our industry and products, enthusiastic and self-motivated, results driven, able to work alone and as part of a team, hungry for success and progression within a national organisation.
Contracts Manager Responsibilities include:
- All site measurements, co-ordination of labour and plant, and health and safety matters on New Door Division Projects
- Co-ordinate the internal Project Engineer, Production Facility & Labour Planning Teams to ensure successful delivery of the Contracts
- Program the installation with the customer ensuring provision of all product, plant, access equipment and consumables is made
- Reviewing contract documents and ensuring that specification details are correct
- To carry out all necessary site surveys and attend pre-start meetings on site
- To manage customer relationships during contract stage and manager contract costs
Contracts Manager Experience, Skills and Knowledge required:
- Knowledge of construction sub-contract requirements and/or installation services in similar industries
- Ability to carry out detailed site surveys, including transferring these into legible working 'sketches' that can be used to manufacture our products
- Ability to manage own workloads and adhere to deadlines
- Experience of Construction or end-user sub-contract/supply installation management and/or coordination
- Door industry experience preferable but not essential
- SMSTS will be an advantage
- Other accreditations such as Project Management qualifications, Industry specific training such as in the Water Supply Industry, Security Industry, Electrical
- Must be computer literate in modern IT systems including online customer Contract Management Portals
