An opportunity has arisen within the Company's Engineering Department for an Engineering Operative within their Repair and Maintenance team.

This will mean you will assist with daily routine checks, maintenance and maintain safe working practices to the highest standard of safety and quality on site. You will have the responsibility of loading / unloading, backfilling and reinstating excavations and the laying out of signing, lighting and guarding on site.

The successful applicant will ideally have experience of working for a utility company or in a similar construction environment and will have a flexible attitude to work, along with a willingness to learn. Ideally the candidate will hold a current Water Hygiene card and hold the Streetworks qualification (although not essential to apply for the role) and a full LGV Driving Licence would also be desirable.
