A fantastic opportunity exists for a dynamic and effective Sales Manager to develop and build a team of luxury Tailoring Consultants in the heart of London’s trendy Shoreditch! 

SALES MANAGER JOB SPECIFICATION

This senior role reports directly to the Partners and Founder/MD. It requires managing teams in driving sales and providing clients with the best possible tailoring experience. To be successful in this role you will be responsible for ensuring the following:

+ Team KPI’s are consistently overachieved
+ CRM database is kept up to date at all times 
+ Social media and web-based inbound enquiries are maximised 
+ One to one coaching sessions are undertaken weekly
+ New Tailoring Consultants are managed and developed as necessary 
+ New candidates are screened, including the overseeing of recruitment assessment days 
+ Operations processes are managed and developed, including order tracking and delivery
+ Transition to the new showroom is managed, driving inbound traffic
+ Regular networking opportunities are highlighted and assigned to team members

REQUIREMENTS:

Essential:

+ Tenacity or ‘sisu’
+ Senior level sales management skills
+ Genuine passion for building and managing a large sales force
+ Excellent persuasion skills and personal effectiveness
+ Sales experience, including over the telephone
+ Existing client base or strong relevant network
+ Ability to handle multiple projects and work to tight deadlines

Non-essential but preferred:

+ Sales or Management related degree
+ Experience growing sales teams from scratch to huge success
+ Experience in the tailoring or luxury sectors 
+ A keen interest in fashion
+ An interest in self-development and reading
