Physiotherapist - Functional Health Consultant
Our client is has been delivering successful occupational health case management solutions to major employers across the UK for over 15 years. As originators of the integrated healthcare model, they are at the forefront of occupational and personal health risk in the UK. With a vast experience and a proven track record in delivering innovative and robust solutions which benefit employees and offer best value for employers.
Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Physiotherapist to join the Functional Health Consultant team. Working both onsite with our clients and office based in Tewkesbury (telephone triage), this role is varied and interesting, offering practical advice and guidance across all areas of health and wellbeing.

Purpose of the Role:
To deliver the functional health assessments both onsite and telephone based, whilst maintaining a high level of service.
1) Conduct all assessments accurately covering all risk factors associated with the individual
2) Ensure all quality standards are met
3) Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver against set targets
4) Conduct yourself in a professional and polite manner internally and external to all clients/customers
5) Ensure legal and regulatory processes, procedures and documentation are fully adhered to
To provide day-to-day activities, including administration to ensure the functional health service is delivered in a timely, technically accurate and cost effective manner. Whilst adhering to service level agreements.
Knowledge required:
1. Knowledge of general functional health and ethics. This includes but not limited to knowledge of anatomy and physiology, corrective exercise, nutrition, strength and conditioning, Weight management, program design, behaviour change, medical confidentiality
2. Knowledge and understanding of how to effectively manage a broad range of physical, functional, biological and psychological issues and procedures.
Minimum Requirement;
• Degree level education or Equivalent professional certification or extensive relevant experience
• Needs to evidence ability to write clear and accurate English
Up to GBP36,000 dependant on skills and experience. Our client is happy to consider newly qualified candidates
