Job Title: Senior / Principal Electrical Building Services Design Engineer

Location: Stockport – Greater Manchester

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 dependent on experience + Plus Numerous Benefits

Established in 1949, the company is a multi-award-winning company that excels in the delivery of sustainable M&E design. They are a previous HVR Consultancy of the Year and specialise in Building Information Modelling and sustainable building services design. They are the largest single office of specialist building services engineers in the North West. They employ over 20 building services engineers and a team of 6 building and energy modellers and REVIT technicians.

The company is one of the leading practices in the North West, and currently enjoy positions on over 20 regional and National consultancy frameworks, including; Parliamentary Estates Directorate (Houses of Parliament), SBS (National framework for NHS Trusts), Sports England, Trafford Council, Amey, Fusion 21,  The Christie, Fusion 21, City West Housing Trust, Procure Plus Housing, Countess of Chester Hospital, Cheshire East Council, and the Girls Day School Trust.

They now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior / principal electrical building services engineer to join their large and expanding team to work on a diverse range of projects across all sectors, both locally and internationally.

The successful candidate will have several years’ experience and be capable of leading a team of engineers on large projects whilst simultaneously working independently on smaller projects. As this position is to work solely on UK buildings, a detailed working knowledge of UK construction standards and regulations is essential.
