Knightsbridge Business Sales have a superb opportunity for a driven and passionate person to join their rapidly growing team in Bolton as an Inbound Sales Advisor.

Key Responsibilities as Inbound Sales Advisor
•    Converting inbound telephone and email enquiries into well qualified appointments for business valuations ensuring thorough information is collected.
•    Discussing in detail with clients about how we as a company could help them sell their business
•    Build confidence in prospective clients with your enthusiastic and knowledgeable manner
•    Ability to handle a large volume of inbound leads along with outbound dialling when available. Whilst telesales experience is not essential, it would be preferred.
•    Supporting the Associate Directors with closing business by sending contracts over to clients via email.
•    General diary management tasks such as arranging second meetings and re-arranging cancelled appointments.
•    Recording and analysing appointment statistics.
•    Assisting the cold calling team (depending on candidate experience)
•    Monitoring market trends and competitor activities and from time to time providing relevant reports and information.

The Person
As an Inbound Sales Advisor for Knightsbridge Business Sales, it is essential that you are:

•    Confident and have a high level of communication skills.
•    Comfortable speaking to senior decision makers and business owners on a frequent basis.    
•    Extremely punctual, professional and approachable with a desire to meet and exceed given targets.  

Skills & Attributes
For the role of Inbound Sales Advisor, the ideal characteristics are:

Personality:
•    Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on good customer service and getting the job done right.
•    Organisation skills are key in this role.
•    A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
•    Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with business owners.
•    Reliable, tolerant, and determined.
•    Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view.
•    Well-presented and businesslike.
•    Able to get on with others and be a team-player.

Literacy and Numeracy:
•    Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance.  Full training will be provided.
•    Must be a very competent writer of business letters, emails and proposals.

Business and Selling Skills:
•    Must be an excellent telephone communicator.
•    Able to demonstrate success and ideally will have experience managing major accounts customers and large contracts or even a business, particularly achieving genuine sales development.

Management Ability:
•    Though internal staff management is not initially part of the job, responsibility and opportunity could grow with the development of the business, for example the prospect of recruiting and managing support telesales staff.
•    Some people-management skills, experience and natural ability will be useful.

Rewards
For the role of Inbound Sales Advisor at Knightsbridge Business Sales, there is a salary on offer of £17,000 to £20,000 pa depending on experience, and a lucrative bonus scheme on top of up to £10,000 per annum.
