Projects Manager - £40k to £45k per annum depending on experience, performance based bonus, car allowance, pension and 5 weeks’ annual leave.

We have an immediate vacancy for a Projects Manager working from our West London office in Isleworth. The applicant must have experience in the application and selection of fluid chilling equipment, VRF/VRV and split systems, managing multiple projects and turnkey projects in excess of £1m.

Knowledge of chilled water hydraulic systems would be an advantage. The applicant must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the industry, health and safety focused and must have the ability to compile compliance documentation including risk assessments, method statements and project schedules.

  • Sales, application and selection of equipment
  • Management of site based Health and Safety
  • Planning and co-ordination of multiple projects
  • Project updating and management of amendments
  • Client liaison
  • Managing subcontractors
  • Commissioning, snagging and sign off

In return, we offer a salary £40k to £45k per annum depending on experience, performance based bonus, car allowance, pension and 5 weeks’ annual leave.
