Quality Engineer
Quality Engineer - The Role:
As a result of ongoing increased customer requirements, the company is looking to appoint a further dedicated professional Quality Engineer with Automotive Manufacturing experience.
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for:
• Supporting the Quality department in developing and maintaining the quality management system.
• Customer liaison.
• Customer / Internal / Suppler concern management.
• Managing internal inspection.
• Supporting manufacturing and engineering departments to resolve concerns generated from customer and internal concerns.
• Supporting the external / internal audit program.
The Candidate:
The Quality Engineer must be able to demonstrate:
• Knowledge of TS16949 and ISO9001.
• Ability to work with departmental managers to develop, implement and maintain the Quality Standard.
• Knowledge of automotive quality systems would be an advantage.
• Good problem solving skills and knowledge of 8D process.
• The ability to read technical drawings.
• An organised and methodical approach to their work.
• Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
Experience and Qualifications:
• Ideally have a minimum of two years' experience as a Quality Engineer.
• Previous engineering / manufacturing experience is essential.

This is a permanent, full-time position, and salary is negotiable but will include many benefits depending on experience.
Salary: £22,000 - £32,000, Pension Scheme
