Having identified further opportunities to extend their market leading position, they now seek to appoint a talented sales leader capable of motivating a high performing team and reinforcing relationships with key distributors as Regional Sales Manager South Location: Field Based Role. Remuneration: Competitive Salary Package Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, you will; Will lead a Sales Team, acting as coach and mentor in the pursuit of regional KPI's and objectives. Work with the National Field Sales Manager to build Account Management plans for key distribution and end user clients. Play an integral part in the development and management of relationships with key distribution and end user accounts - developing bespoke customer centric strategies inline with corporate goals. Build effective networks across the organisation, leveraging expertise in order to deliver best in class service to clients and end users. The successful candidate will; Be of graduate calibre with very strong written and spoken English language skills Demonstrate leadership skills through previous management of field based sales professionals where coaching, mentoring and training have played a major part in the growth or development of the sales region. Have previous experience of new business development and account management within distribution based sales. Will be able to demonstrate previous experience of selling low value or commodity based products Be a team player who creates value for clients and prospects whilst leveraging the expertise of colleagues in pursuit of a shared organisational goal.
