Customer Service Advisor - Student Loan Company
Location: Tulketh Mill, Preston
Salary: GBP7.68ph + Benefits
Employment Status: Full-time, permanent.
Start Dates available: 3rd April, 10th April, 24th April, 2nd May and 22nd May.

Brief Summary of the available Customer Service roles:
Joining our friendly contact centre team, you`ll take calls from the customers (students) regarding various queries. There are currently two different teams which you could be working in. One team takes inbound calls from existing customers who will have a wide range of enquiries relating to the amount they have outstanding on their student finance. The other involves taking inbound calls from new and potential customers who will have a wide variety of queries. The purpose is to provide the correct solution to the customer in line with agreed processes and key performance indicators to deliver excellent customer service.
Training:
At HGS, training and development aren't optional, they're how we do our job. We provide full 2 to 5 weeks paid training in order for you to do your job in most professional yet in fun environment. Please note: Throughout your training period, we do require 100% attendance, failure to comply with this requirement, may result in failure of probation once the training has been completed.

Development Opportunities:
Once you are an established advisor there are many more opportunities to develop, such as the manager or training development programmes. In the last 12 months alone we have seen agents progress into Training, Scheduling, Team Management and even Operations Management.
