A new part time opportunity has arisen for a Quality & Compliance Assistant to join a local independent charity based in Swansea.
What’s the role?
As Quality and Compliance Assistant you can expect to provide general administrative support to the quality and compliance team. This will include maintaining databases, uploading policies and procedures to the main systems and managing quality assurance records.
You’ll also run reports to find relevant data and files and organise sub-contractor data too. Other responsibilities include: taking messages and customer surveys over the telephone, using photocopiers and producing documents and assisting with general assurance and compliance functions (such as audits and customer service responses).
About you
To excel in this role, you don’t necessarily need auditing experience (though that’d be good) you just need to display evidence of the following:
• Experience of working with the general public in a customer service role
• A good communicator with ability to listen sensitively to callers and respect confidentiality
• It literate – word processing, familiarity with spreadsheets and typing skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of Health & Safety and Data Protection legislation
