UX / UI Designer needed for our client, a full service creative digital agency based in Brighton. They develop websites and web applications for a diverse group of clients - from airlines to record labels.

They are looking for a talented designer with an eye for clean and cutting-edge design. With outstanding UX / UI skills, you can translate client requirements into interaction flows and transform them into functional, intuitive and beautiful user interfaces.

You will be identifying and helping clients understand the their users' needs, creating demand and behavior change to ensure your designs / products are innovative, intuitive and groundbreaking.

You will be surrounded by experts in digital strategy and programming and will have an opportunity to continue to grow your skills and forge a career in a multi-award-winning agency.

Requirements:

• 2+ years industry experience
• Passion for all things UX / UI and other areas of design and innovation
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to provide accurate estimates to assist in the planning of projects / works
• Deep understanding of User Centred Design (UCD), responsive design and data-driven design principles
• Highly skilled in user experience
• Passionate about staying on top of digital trends
• Able to find solutions independently, but also able to ask for help when needed
• Excellent communication skills to be able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Highly driven to succeed and eagerness to learn new things

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
