A collection of contemporary, unique food led quality operations,  Due to internal progression and company expansion they are now looking for an experienced high volume General Manager to take the helm of a high profile site. This is a rare opportunity to join this company at General Manager level as they would normal progress from within.

The role

The role of General Manager will involve:

  • Taking full control of the day to day business, consistently attending to the needs of guests along with developing the business on all fronts.

  • Candidates should  have an exceptional knowledge Wines and Beers along with a passion for fresh food and service.

    Successful applicants are required to have a strong restaurant led background  and be front facing, friendly and extremely welcoming.

    A Strong financial knowledge and have experience with in a high volume fresh food operation.

    What We Are Looking For

Successful General Manager candidates  will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Building the business with locals, organising events, etc

  • Ability to lead this friendly, hard working, professional team.

  • Managerial experience in Restaurant led operations.

  • High volume full service experience in excess of £20k per week

  • Friendly and out going nature.

  • Ability to control and lead a fast moving environment.

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.

  • A passion for food service and maintaining standards.

  • Background with in a fresh food establishment.

  • Career minded individuals wishing to excel.
