We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Administrator to join our team based in Gloucester. Within the role, you will ensure that all administrative procedures are carried out in compliance with Company operating instructions in an efficient and timely manner. Working as part of the administration team, you will assist in the effective operation of the Learning and Development department.

Inputting records onto the appropriate database systems, you will make certain quality of training and other related documentation meet internal and external audit requirements. The successful Learning and Development Administrator will provide support and guidance to branches regarding matters relating to learning and development coupled with working in partnerships with various functions in the group, ensuring records and current and up-to-date. Candidates for this position will work with members of the learning and development department to identify and implement improvements to the processes and procedures. Moreover, the Learning and Development Administrator will promote a learning and development culture across the Group and positive Mears Brand externally.

With a positive can do attitude, the successful candidate will possess a strong attention to detail with excellent communication and organisation skills. Ideally candidates for this role will have previous data inputting experience coupled with good clerical and administration knowledge. A strong customer focus, you will have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. Above all, we are looking for an individual who is motivated to succeed in our dynamic team.

 

We would consider an apprenticeship for this role as full training will be given
