Our client is a multi-disciplinary construction company working within the food and drink industry that work on sites all over the UK and due to constant expansion of the company, our client is currently looking for a talented H&S Coordinator to join their team.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Assist all departments to undertake all risk assessments, including detailed RAM’s & implement solutions on issues identified
  • Carry out accident investigations with the assistance of the Management team
  • Provide information & advice in Health & Safety to all levels
  • Site Health and Safety audits throughout the company
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments & actions
  • Co-ordinate with relevant managers, the implementation of relevant action plans
  • Coordinate and complete toolbox talks with staff
  • Complete H&S questionnaires
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments & actions
  • Assist Management Team to achieve actions identified in plans.

Skills:

  • Must be passionate about Health and Safety.
  • Must have IOSH qualification
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Able to present information coherently, accurately and persuasively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
