Salary: Up to £13,701.78 per annum (starting salary subject to qualifications and experience)

Temporary until 31st March 2018, Part-time – 23 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday, Tuesday Wednesday 12.15pm – 5.15pm Thursday and Friday 1.15pm – 5.15pm

Housingrecruit.com is currently advertising for a temporary Customer Service Advisor on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Boston.

The successful applicant will be required to provide a friendly welcoming professional service to customers. This is a varied role dealing with a vast range of enquiries, including tenancy, housing, technical and lettings advice.  You will be required to collect customer’s feedback to help improve our services. This is a real opportunity to make a difference.

Candidate Requirements:

For this Customer Service Advisor role, the ideal candidate will have the following:
