Delivering cost effectve, breathtaking developments across a varied portfolio, this accomplished and dynamic firm are in need of some assistance on a number of south west schemes to close off defects on past projects.
Committed to providing excellent customer service and maintaining projects that are as functional as they are attractive, they are seeking communicative, resourceful and attentive Site Managers.
It is envisaged you'd have a trade background, and you'll need SMSTS and FAW certificates in addition to a relevant CSCS card and a proven track record in the industry to include previous experience of defects management.
You should be a strong communicator, with excellent organisation skills and a real passion for detail and quality as you'll have the responsibility of making sure any defects/snags are actioned and worked through to client satisfaction.
This is a contract oportunity to start imminently with a firm that have an abundance of work to deliver in 2017 so although the initial contract is reasonably short term, there is every possibility of further work. To register your interest in this role, please forward your CV ASAP to (url removed)
