An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Labourer based in Ealing, working as part of the Minor Projects Team, carrying out all general labouring work relating to condensation and damp such as general repairs, maintenance, mould treatments, small brickwork and plastering repairs.

Reading and taking information from the job work tickets, you will work under instructions of the team leader whilst adhering to Health and Safety policies. Candidates for this role will prepare and mix building materials such as plaster, mortar and concrete coupled with painting and decorating. Undertaking mould washdowns and treatments, you will install or repair air bricks/ passivents. The successful Labourer will perform general labouring duties and any other duties deemed necessary.

With the ability to gain a thorough knowledge of skills, technology and safety procedures required to carry out the role, you will be able to establish and maintain excellent customer/ client relationships. The successful labourer will have the ability to communicate on a one to one basis and produce information in written form, such as completion of necessary work documentation. Ideally you will have the capability to work with minimum supervision as part of a team coupled with a strong customer focus. Above all, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with the drive to succeed.

Candidates for this role must hold a full driving licence.
