Hounslow

9-12 month contract (maternity cover)

This is a hands on, generalist, admin heavy role. You will provide support and administration for the successful management of the day-to-day HR function, including HRIS maintenance, recruiting, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, payroll notifications, absence and holiday records and group employee benefit schemes for the UK and EMEA.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Provide day to day HR guidance to EMEA managers and employees on HR administration and management.
  • Provide full administration support for the successful management of the day-to-day HR function.
  • Deliver HR support on all employment issues and day to day employee and manager queries.
  • Co-ordinate and manage the collection of payroll related information from local payroll administrators ensuring all data received is correctly collated for Finance to process payroll, in compliance with company policies and local legislation.
  • Ensure disciplinary and grievance processes are in line with existing company policies and employment legislation.
  • Maintain HRIS database, to ensure accurate reporting and to provide metrics and analysis when required.
  • Contract terminations including notifying payroll and conducting exit interviews.
  • Manage and maintain all absence management entitlements and records.
  • Oversee the management of the administration of company benefits in the UK specifically relating to pension related matters and auto-enrolment
  • To co-ordinate with finance and payroll providers in providing data preparation for year-end tax and benefit summaries, including data for P11Ds and PSA agreements
  • Manage and maintain HR budget to ensure all costs/expenses for HR related matters are accounted for and properly audited.
  • Manage local recruitment in UK and to co-ordinate various in-house training projects.
  • Undertake specific projects as directed by the HR and management teams.
  • To provide ad hoc executive support to the Managing Director.

Skills/Attributes

  • Degree level preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HR role.
  • Part-qualified CIPD beneficial but not essential.
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Good understanding and proficiency in HR and best practice.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft skills.
