Exciting opportunity on offer for an experienced Tool Setter with supervisory experience looking to be instrumental in a new factory being built where you will have the chance to put your stamp on the role and have an opportunity to progress your career.
Do you have experience of setting Injection Mould Tools? Are you looking to be a part of a growing company where you can help shape the department?
Established for over 40 years this family owned business specialise in the manufacturer of plastic products using thermoforming, extrusion and injection moulding processes. They have just moved into new premises and are therefore setting up a new facility in the Northamptonshire area and are therefore looking to recruit a Shift Supervisor to work hands on as well as supervise a team of tool setters and operators.
In this role you will be responsible for setting up Injection Mould Tools. After a few months you will be trained and developed to lead the shift team and therefore you will be integral to the business growth and success.
This role would therefore ideally suit a Tool Setter who has a background within Injection Mould Tooling who is looking for their next step in your career to join a growing company and to become a Shift Supervisor.

* Shift Supervisor
* Setting Injection Mould Tools
* Supervising a small team
* Working days with a view to moving onto shifts
* GBP28,000 + Excellent benefits
The Person:
* Tool Setter
* Must have supervisory skills or looking to take the next step
* Have experience of Injection Moulding Machines or plastic mould tools
* Must live local to Northampton
