ROLE:

HR Recruiting Consultant has responsibility to deliver services across the following key areas:

  • Sourcing, selection, and assessment of Graduate and Intern level resources for Reply UK, Benelux & France businesses (currently 16).
  • Academic Channel Development support (Recruitment & PR/Branding - Universities).
  • Providing extensive HR Interview support and quality checking of all senior hires on behalf of HR & Sourcing team.
  • With Resourcing Manager, establish the external positioning and communication strategy/requirements for Reply UK as graduate candidate-employer of choice.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research and engineer University relationships to create new pipelines of IT & Business focused Graduates, to achieve quality candidate introduction both in the short and long terms (including potential for scholarships and internships).
  • Support and deliver the Graduate selection and assessment process for the UK.
  • Internal business development - working with UK, Benelux & France companies to drive exponential uptake and development of talent.
  • Professional-level and Graduate-level interviewing from an HR perspective for Reply UK and in line with Reply corporate standards.
  • Support the development of Graduate programmes within different Reply UK companies as and when required.
  • Alignment and mirroring, where possible, of similar methods and processes demonstrated in Reply Group HR (Italy) to aid consistency.
  • Support in the research and implementation of new systems, tools, and processes to improve HR Recruiting team functionality and support to Reply UK businesses.
  • Collaborate with Reply Social Network team in the exploration of university related events and innovative employer branding schemes.
  • Resourcing operational process development (talent management, workforce planning initiatives).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous background in recruitment/talent management is required, with any experience working as part of an HR function desirable.
  • Self-starter, able to work autonomously delivering high volume results.
  • Knowledge and proven experience of business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, and human resources modelling and leadership techniques.
  • Strong competency based interviewing experience of candidates at varying levels.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, training and development.
  • Knowledge of human behaviours and performance, individual differences in ability, personality and interests, learning and motivation.
  • To be able to communicate effectively in both the spoken word or in writing whatever is appropriate to the audience.
  • Demonstrable background foundation of resourcing/fundamental practices in order to support development programmes.

Education:

  • Degree-level education (minimum upper second class Hons).
