Upon starting you will be enrolled into the newly implemented 12 week training and support plan to enable you to develop and hone your skills. This scheme includes mentoring, full product training and telephone techniques and tips. This programme will provide you with all the tools you need to be a successful agent.Your confident and friendly personality will shine through in your daily working tasks and engage with potential customers. Building rapport with customers is key to finding out useful information to pass on to the sales team.In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive 33 days holiday, pension contribution and an uncapped commission structure.
