Trainee Recruitment Consultant GBP20,000/annum + Uncapped Commission Ambitious, Professional, Career Driven Graduates! Central Birmingham Our client is a leading recruitment consultancy specialising in technical recruitment across various sectors including IT, Engineering and Pharmaceuticals. They currently have 4 global offices; London (Head Office), New York, Devon and Birmingham. The Birmingham office is the newest of the 4 and due to continued success of the Team Leader there they are currently looking for 2 Graduates' to join the team. This is an extremely exciting time to join the business with superb opportunities for growth and the possibility of getting to management within 18 months. They also offer an extensive training package ensuring you are fully equipped to serve your specialist market and learn all the necessary tools to make a success of it. With a smaller office they are able to provide one to one training from one of their most senior Team Leaders allowing the process to be more tailored to you. They are looking for ambitious, money hungry graduates who are eager to learn, eager to succeed and are genuinely enthusiastic about the prospect of joining a small and growing team within a rewarding global business. You will also be enrolled into the various incentive packages offered across all their global office for their top performing employee's. These include (to name only a few) Michelin star lunches, all expenses paid holidays, days out at the races, voucher scheme, spa days and golf days. Some of their most recent holiday destinations include: Vegas, Marbella, Ibiza, Chamonix and Croatia. The Role Applicants should be prepared that this is a fast-paced phone based Sales position!Headhunting / sourcing candidates for specific roles via job-boards, LinkedIn, Social MediaMaintaining relationships with existing clients as well as bringing in new business via cold calling and lead generationAgreeing business terms with new clients and ensuring rules of engagementMeeting clients where necessary to maintain/secure businessPreparing candidates for interview and relaying feedback thereafterClosing deals About You 2015 to 2017 Graduates OR any individual with prior sales experienceEnthusiastic and ambitiousExtremely money motivatedCompetitive natureWilling to go the extra mile - this will NOT be a 9-5 jobResilient - nothing will come easy so you need to be able to dust yourself of and start again!Confident and professional - you will need to be able to hold your own when meetings Director level clients.
