Our client is a successful national main contractor.
Our client operates across a broad range of sectors which is stated above, the value of works range from GBP1 Million - GBP15 Million & form of contracts will range from design & build to traditional, the majority of their workload is new build & refurbishment for Retail, commercial.
Role & Responsibilities:
As part of our clients continued success and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for Site Manager to join their highly professional and experienced team.
The Site Manager would be permanently based on site & responsible for all on site duties, reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager and operations Director. The Site Manager would oversee the entire work force on site, labour, subcontractors & junior management, you would be expected to liaise with all stake holders, in house management, subcontractors & labour force.
The Site Manager would have a proven track record delivering projects up to GBP10Million within a range of sectors, they would work closely with the commercial team and senior managers to achieve the expected net profit for each & complete the contract on time and to budget.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced construction Site Manager; preferably with social housing ,commercial, education, health care experience that you have gained with a regional or national main contractor. You will have an excellent commercial awareness about you; along with strong profit and loss management skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast paced, successful and driven construction team.
