CRM Executive - Watford - GBP35k

My client is a well known established household name looking for a skilled CRM Executive to join their thriving digital team and contribute to the success of their CRM data management. You will be responsible for delivering CRM initiatives that are channel specific across comms, product and all owned channels. You will use analysis to drive forward targeted campaigns for the brands different audiences and develop a more tailored comms strategy. You will use testing to further underpin strategy and define customer segments. You will contribute to the creation of creative and engaging copy to support the email marketing initiatives. To be considered for this role you will have a solid background working in a CRM department in a fast paced environment. You will have very strong analytical skills and be data led when decision making. You will have experience writing copy and have the ability to lend your talents to the data and commercial aspects of CRM.
