The role will ensure that SEN provisions receive a high quality, bespoke, reliable & responsive service through continued partnership development.This is a new role for our business arising from our plans to develop the SEN division of Monarch Education into a true high quality specialist partner, providing responsive and bespoke SEN services.You will work closely & collaboratively with the SEN Resourcer & the SEN Business Development Team to drive high levels of consultative sales, create & nurture long term relationships with SEN provisions and enable the team to hit its targets.About Capita | Monarch Education SENOur vision is to offer bespoke specialised HR solutions to SEN provisions.
