Marketplace Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team at Ladbrokes. Your role will be to help manage and sustain the front-line service to customers that will enhance Ladbrokes' position as the country's leading bookmaker. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, sport and a drive to lead teams within a shop. We look for candidates that are fully flexible. This means that the ideal candidate MUST be flexible to work in accordance with Ladbrokes opening times which can range from 8am to 10pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 10pm Sundays. Working days also include bank holidays. Summary of the Role As a Marketplace Manager you will be expected to manage a number of shops overseeing all Costs, Revenue Targets, Customer Generation and Compliance relating to your Shop. You will be on hand to lead all new products and promotions, deal with any Customer or Team issues and ensure that the Shop environment is inspiring to both your Customer and your Team. What will I be doing? Customer Service * Promote a friendly and efficient approach to Customer Service within the Shop to ensure repeat business * Identify customer profiles and ensure that appropriate products and services are offered to meet customer needs and expectations * Identify disruptions to customer service and implement corrective action * Utilise in-shop displays to generate customer interest
