Handyman

Handyman wanted for maintenance of various types of properties, including residential, retail and commercial.

Full time job.
Diagnose and perform minor routine maintenance/repair involving, but not limited to, the following on a daily basis:

Assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter / landscaping
Repair and paint walls
General electrical and plumbing
Interior/exterior lights
Appliances
Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings
Tile, carpet, flooring
Roofing, gutters, fasteners
Ceiling leaks
Reports any safety issues or property concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor

Job Requirements
Valid driver's license
High School diploma
Minimum two years of experience
A good team player with the ability to communicate well with co-workers and tenants alike
Knowledge in A/C and heating systems repairs - a plus
EPA (A/C) Certification - a plus
