Thermoforming Setter
Bridgwater
A well established local firm is seeking experienced Thermoforming Setters to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.
The machines used are GN & Illig though other setting experience will be considered.
- ?? Negotiable depending on experience
- 0545 - 1345 and 1345 - 2145 Rotating shifts
- Monday - Friday
- Regular overtime available
- 20 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
Key aspects of the role:-
- Ensuring Production Plan 100% achieved
- Maintaining machine running speeds and efficiencies are achieved
- Optimisation of machine speed and settings to minimise Scrap levels
- Ensures all Formed product is manufactured and packaged to correct specification
- Ensures a safe work environment and in keeping with company Safe Working Practices
- Completion of all Production and Quality related documentation
- Responsible for the "Forming Team" in the absence of the Team Leader
