Insolvency Solicitor, Bristol - A leading Bristol practice seeks a well-rounded Insolvency Solicitor to deal with a varied caseload of insolvency related matters.
JOB TITLE: Insolvency Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
LOCATION: Bristol
SALARY: GBPDependant on experience
THE ROLE:
The insolvency department is flourishing and as a result they are looking to appoint an Insolvency Solicitor to deal with both non contentious and contentious related insolvency matters. Working alongside a number of professionals within this field of law, you will be gaining exposure to all types of insolvency transactions with a particular focus on non-contentious insolvency cases. They workload will include advising on business sales and acquisitions, LPA receivership appointments and bank security reviews.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Insolvency / Restructuring Solicitor will be both driven and flexible in their approach to work with an ability to understand and relate to clients' needs. The appointed Insolvency / Restructuring Solicitor will possess project management skills, utilising systems where appropriate and be able to prioritise and management time with precision. The appointed Insolvency / Restructuring Solicitor will be able to cope with pressures associated with handling multiple caseloads, be a team player, with the temperament to form working partnerships with Partners and Staff along with the commitment to client care. Knowledge of Insolvency and Restructuring is essential for the new Insolvency / Restructuring Solicitor, although additional training will be provided.
