Our client is a leading provider of cloud-based payment management solutions to businesses across the UK. They are now looking for an Office Manager / Management Accountant to join their passionate team in Manchester.

As the Office Manager / Management Accountant, you will co-ordinate office operations and oversee the day-to-day management accounting requirements for the business.
Meeting and greeting visitors to the office, you’ll provide key support and manage the diaries of the CEO and Senior Executives. You’ll assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial tasks to office staff.
The other key aspect of your role will involve producing the monthly management accounts to strict reporting deadlines, managing the working capital of the business and producing weekly cash flow forecasts.
Additionally, your duties will involve:
- Managing H&S and fire regulations within the office
- Developing and implementing new administrative systems
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging repair work when required
- Ordering stationary, equipment and kitchen supplies
- Acting as the first point of contact for all PA related activities
To be considered, you will need:
- Experience of working in an accountancy role
- Previous office-based, secretarial or customer facing experience
As the Office Manager / Management Accountant, you’ll have exceptional communication skills and a professional telephone manner. Highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic, you’ll also be able to effectively plan and prioritise your workload.
Proficiency in MS Office would be beneficial to your application.
