Fram Search is a small but growing recruitment company that works with leading financial services companies in London & across the UK. We are based in a beautiful setting and have a fun environment, but we work hard. Due to growth, we would like to hire a graduate, who we would train to become a recruitment consultant. Recruitment is a very varied career where you will be responsible for generating new business, working with candidates to help them find their ideal role, and managing ongoing relationships. Our consultants travel to London circa twice a week and are office based the rest of the time.
We would like to speak to graduates who are tenacious, career minded, and who want to work hard and reap the benefits of this hard work. Full training is given and we have a very supportive environment. Past trainees have gone on to build a career with us, and have been very successful. We also want to speak to people who are interested in building a long term career in recruitment.
