Fusion Lifestyle are looking for Lifeguards to join their team based in High Wycombe.

Job Title: Lifeguards - Training provided

Location: High Wycombe

Salary: £7.50 per hour

Hours: 20-40 hours per week

We are recruiting for individuals to work for us as Lifeguards (either permanently or during the main summer lido season) helping to keep our customers safe at High Wycombe.

Following a £200 000 refurbishment, Wycombe Rye Lido has got some fantastic facilities on offer including heated outdoor pools, all the latest gym & fitness equipment, an extensive programme of group exercise classes, indoor cycling studio, football, tennis, café plus much more!

We will provide full training to those individuals offered employment with us. Many of our senior managers started off as lifeguards, so this position could be a launching pad for a long and successful career. If you’d like to move into other job roles such as Fitness Instructing, Swim Teaching or Sales we have training programmes on offer to help you further develop into these areas too!

In order to be considered for our Lifeguard positions, you need to be an able swimmer with excellent customer service skills. You should also be able to meet the following criteria:

- Swim on front and back

- Swim 200 meters continuously

- Climb out of the pool unaided without using steps or ladder

Individuals that pass our interview and swim competency assessments will be provided with full training.
