We are now recruiting for Kitchen Porter for the season to work in a fast paced environment as part of a strong kitchen team. No 2 days are the same here, our guests love our interactive, open kitchens across our 2 themed hotels.

One day you could be working in the open island kitchen or the satellite kitchen prep, you will even get the chance to support with events in our dedicated Marquee, corporate events or glamping area. Different menus, different kitchens but one team giving you great variety and the opportunity to learn.

As Kitchen Porter you will be responsible for ensuring that all kitchen areas are cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis and that all hygiene, health & safety and Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to. You will ensure all deliveries are handled in accordance with food safety policy. You will process all daily paperwork correctly at the end of each shift and complete any additional adhoc requests when required to do so.

This is a seasonal Kitchen Porter position, working every weekend and bank holidays as required.
