Salary: £19,432 per annum

FTC / Secondment Opportunity to June 2018 – 35 hours per week

Housingrecruit.com is advertising for a Building Services Contract Administrator on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Leicester.

This is a key role which will require you to support the Asbestos Surveying Manager and the Building Services Team with day to day administrative support.  You will take a leading role within the team for key areas such as Asbestos testing and quality control in relation with M&E installations; Legionella testing and recording.  You will be responsible for all relevant projects, facilitating responsive and planned survey requests. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in an administrative role, knowledge of building services functions and housing management systems as well as experience of dealing with people and providing excellent customer care.
