Our client is a thriving Further Education college, with over 500 staff providing high quality training and education to some 8,500 students and 2,000 employers. Their campuses in Langley and Windsor serve the diverse communities of Berkshire and West London. Now is an exciting time to join our team. In 2017, they are due to complete a formal merger with another College in Egham, Surrey to form a larger college group, which will provide greater opportunities for all their students, staff and the communities of Berkshire and Surrey.

The Examinations Manager will ensure that the successful completion of each examination series through all its stages. In addition, this role manages the delivery of an effective comprehensive, responsive and transparent examination service to curriculum areas and students for all externally accredited full, utilised and on - line qualifications across the College.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of managing an examinations department, as well as significant experience of a range of exams functions gained from working in an examinations environment. In addition, the ideal candidate will have management or supervisory experience, as well as target setting/performance management and managing budgets.
