Part Time Barista & Sales Assistant
The Role
The Front of house team members are the face of the business, your friendly approach and willingness to provide a fantastic service at all times is what makes you an integral part of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Welcome the clientele and identify their needs
* Maintain an attractive and appealing counter display throughout the day whilst ensuring the efficient rotation of stock.
* Maintain the highest standards of product quality and product presentation at all times.
* To ensure and maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the store.
* To undertake such other duties as reasonably required by the Management.
Experience Required
* Must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills allowing for effective communication with your customers
* Must possess basic computer skills to operate the POS system.
* Must have full availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
* Must be able to work independently as well as along with a team.
* Experience in the food industry, customer service, fast-paced environments, handling pressure, and handling cash
